We are seeking a talented ATL Account Manager/Planner to join our team. Role Overview

As an ATL Account Manager/Planner, you will work closely with account strategists and buyers to translate campaign strategies into actionable media plans and activations. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring that all campaigns are executed effectively, and providing insights to optimize performance. This role combines strong planning capabilities with excellent client service skills to deliver exceptional results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with account strategists to translate strategy into detailed media plans and activations.
  • Use media planning and measurement tools such as 20|20, Systems Planner, Adex, Telmar Suite, and Media Manager.
  • Plan and execute ATL campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals and timelines.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering excellent service.
  • Work with buyers to ensure media plans are implemented effectively and within budget.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring quality and efficiency.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Proven experience in ATL media planning and account management, ideally in a large media agency.
    • Proficiency in media planning tools such as 20|20, Systems Planner, Adex, Telmar Suite, and Media Manager.
    • Strong understanding of Above-the-Line (ATL) media channels and campaign execution.
    • Basic knowledge of digital media from a client service perspective.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media Studies, or a related field.
