A major private company based in South Africa has a Recruitment Manger position.
The individual should preferably have a solid background and experience with a history of working with high calibre individuals in a highly driven industry. You will specialize in the recruitment of ISP and Tech professionals.
Your duties will include (and not limited to):
· Grow and maintain client relationships
· Generated new business
· A track record of achievements
· Interviewing high calibre candidates
· Liaising with clients from all industries
Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills: |
· 5 years Recruitment or (target driven) Sales experience is essential
· Tertiary qualification or an undergraduate degree (preferred)
· Valid driver’s license and vehicle - non-negotiable
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to learn on your feet, fast
