As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for walk-in clients and handle all front-desk responsibilities. You will also assist with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
- Manage the switchboard, ensuring calls are directed efficiently.
- Greet and assist all walk-in clients with professionalism and a welcoming attitude.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as filing and organizing documents.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, including stationery.
- Attend weekly meetings and provide updates on front-desk operations.
- Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications |
- Grade 12 certificate (matric).
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-desk role is advantageous.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Outgoing and friendly personality with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- No criminal record.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fully bilingual to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients.
