National General Manager
Responsibilities:
· Overseeing daily business operations. (Staff 90+ employees) / (24 Hour Operation)
· Developing and implementing growth strategies.
· Training low-level managers and staff.
· Creating and managing budgets, Improving revenue.
· Analysing accounting and financial data.
· Hiring employees.
· Evaluating performance productivity.
· Researching and identifying growth opportunities
· Generating reports and giving presentations. (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
Minimum Qualifications required:
· Degree in business management / Supply chain and Distribution (Mega / Large DC)
· Good knowledge of different business functions. (FMCG / Liquor Industry)
· WMS Knowledge and experience (Must be a SAP Guru)
Other:
· Must be in possession of a valid RSA driver’s license and own transport(It will be Beneficial)
· Must be able to work flexible hours
