Duties & Responsibilities:
· Front Desk and Reception
· Assist walk-in clients
· Maintain office systems
· Serve as a liaison between the Branch and Head office
· Manage the maintenance and organisation of office equipment and supplies
· Assist with general admin duties
Skills:
· Fine attention to detail
· Possess excellent Customer Service skills under stress
· Take own initiate in problem solving
· Be organised and able to take direction under authority
· Excellent Listening skills
· Excellent telephone etiquette
· Conflict Resolution
Further Requirements:
· Must preferably reside in the East Rand area
· Must have own transport and valid driver’s licence
· No criminal record
· Contactable references and accurate history
