As the Digital Implementation Manager, you will take the lead in implementing digital strategies for clients, ensuring seamless delivery of digital campaigns across various platforms. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and ensuring the smooth execution of all digital projects. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to prepare central strategic work, monitor the effectiveness of campaigns, and make recommendations for improvements to drive client success.
- Lead the implementation and delivery of all digital campaigns for clients.
- Ensure that client strategies are translated into effective digital marketing actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, analytics, etc.) to ensure campaign requirements and timelines are met.
- Manage the end-to-end process of digital campaign implementation, from planning to execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients, including strategic recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in the preparation of central strategic work, contributing to the development of client plans and initiatives.
- Provide support and guidance to clients to ensure alignment between business objectives and digital marketing activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to campaign implementation or performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications |
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or digital campaign management.
- Proven track record in the implementation and delivery of successful digital campaigns.
- Strong strategic understanding and the ability to translate client objectives into digital marketing actions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Experience using digital tools and platforms for campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and campaign reporting.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and automation tools.
